PB2 Frozen Yogurt Bites

Do you ever wake up in the morning and already think about what you'll have for dessert later on? Yeah, I'm addicted to sugar, and I can't bring myself to NOT eat something sweet at the end of the night. But there are ways to have dessert without feeling like you inhaled too much sugar and fat.

One of my all-time favorite sweet night caps are PB2 frozen yogurt bites! It's super easy to make and it satisfies my cravings. I normally use a Dannon Light & Fit flavor (Toasted Coconut Vanilla and Key Lime are my faves) and top with PB2 (or Chocolate PB2) and maybe something else, like Reddi Wip, sprinkles, crushed animal crackers, or cacao nibs.

PB2 Frozen Yogurt Bites

Servings: 1

Ingredients: 

  • 1 container of Dannon Light & Fit Greek Yogurt (2 SmartPoints)
  • 2 tbsp of PB2 (1 SmartPoint)
  • 1 tbsp water 
  • Any other toppings of your choice

Directions:

  1. Open Greek yogurt container and evenly distribute into six mini muffin cavities 
  2. Pop in the freezer for 1-2 hours or until frozen
  3. When ready to eat, use a small sharp knife to scoop out yogurt bites (or you can use mini cupcake liners when distributing yogurt in the cavities so it's easier to peel)
  4. While you let them soften, make your PB2 (mix 2 tbsp of PB2 powder with 1 tbsp water)
  5. Spread PB2 among the bites and dd any other toppings you desire!
