Fig, Yogurt, And Honey Toast

Guys. Figs. Figs are the BEST. I never even thought to have a regular, juicy fig before, and I feel like I wasted years of my life by not eating them. They aren't very attractive and they look like alien pods or some shit, but they taste amazing. I often find them at Fairway in NYC, but I have no idea what big chains carry them. You'll just have to ask an employee if they're available, and if not, when they will be. They are in season now, so hopefully you will have luck finding them!

Fig, Yogurt, And Honey Toast

Servings: 1

Ingredients: 

Directions:

  1. Toast both slices of bread until desired crispiness 
  2. Once done, top each slice with 1 tbsp of Greek yogurt
  3. Wash and cut figs and place slices on top of yogurt
  4. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle chia seeds
